As part of our ongoing work to enhance communities, restore hope, and work towards greater efficiencies and increased sustainability in the non-profit sector, Lusa has launched an online Proficiency Index. The National Proficiency Index is an auditing system designed specifically for non-profit organisations.
It is a self-assessment tool that enables a comparative national rating of operational performance. This standardised system serves as a diagnostic tool to identify developmental and institution-building needs within non-profit organisations. This innovative assessment tool was conceptualised and developed by Lusa and is being rolled out nationally. With donors becoming more selective, this index will assist NPOs in meeting both sponsorship expectations and legal compliance requirements.
